Our History!
We Must Not Forget.

In 2023, I, Donna Clayborne, founded a grassroots organization dedicated to honoring and valuing Black history. Despite facing various challenges, I remained committed to ensuring that this important history is accurately recognized and remembered.

 In 2024, I, Donna Clayborne, established "Our History! We Must Not Forget", a nonprofit organization in Missouri.

Our mission is to continue educating the community about the importance of accurately representing Black history and ensuring that it is not forgotten.

Black History is an important part of American History. We can educate, preserve, and honor it, together.

A 2022 Quinnipiac University poll found that only 27 percent of Americans believed their school history education provided a full and accurate account of African Americans' role in the United States, while 66 percent felt it was insufficient.
