Our History!
We Must Not Forget.

In 2023, I, Donna Clayborne, founded a grassroots organization dedicated to honoring and valuing Black history. Despite facing various challenges, I remained committed to ensuring that this important history is accurately recognized and remembered.

 In 2024, I, Donna Clayborne, established "Our History! We Must Not Forget", a nonprofit organization in Missouri.

Our mission is to continue educating the community about the importance of accurately representing Black history and ensuring that it is not forgotten.

In a 2022 Quinnipiac University poll,
only 27 percent of Americans said the American History they were taught in school reflected a full and accurate account of the role of African Americans in the United States, while 66 percent said what they were taught in school fell short on that
